Does this makes sense to anyone? Not how the tool works but what is meant by subract 10 characters from total count.

The extra characters for dynamic keyword insertion are:
{keyword:} which is 10 characters.

Therefore, when using dynamic insertion, you'd subtract 10 from the total character count to see if you're in the 25 or 35 character limit.
