Grabbing Adwords ads And Displaying on Site

Is this within Adwords TOS?

I've noticed a site that appears to be dynamically building pages from a database.

While the page is being built they seem to be doing a Google search and somehow grabbing the Adwords ads that appear.

They then programmatically copy the adwords link and text and display this on their site.

Is this a legitimate method for 'special' sites?

I'd be happy to sticky anyone interested in looking at it.

It is most likely someone redirecting the clicks thru a parent site. It seems like they somehow encrypt the ad and serve on their garbage site while giving the click credit to a different url. If you right click the link and get a really long url, it is probably going through this process. I use a program called httpwatch to actually show all of the requests when you click one and they always get channeled through google at some point. I have reported this to our rep and little has come of it...

But to go back to answering your question, I am pretty sure it is against their TOS to scrape adwords and just place that content on your site.

AdwordsAdvisor:

Why are my adwords links being index in Google Search possibly causing dup content issues for the destination pages?

This site is dynamically grabbing Adwords from Google search and displaying them on a dynamically created webpage.

It is NOT possible to block this site in Adwords because it is coming through Google search.

You could disable search network in order for it not to come through.

Apparently, they are not the only one with suspicious behaviour. There is also the one for Italian seemingly having strange behavior. Other issues with google's 'search partners' are available at Ben Edelman's site.

Should I remove the my link to Ben's site? Can't afford to be penalise for linking to 'bad neighbourhood'.

Disable search network - that is like throwing baby out with bath water.

I think G should fix this.

It is also happening with about.com

But thanks for responding.

I used to have the italian sites show up in my inurl list but for some reason they have disappeared.
