Pausing Keyword?

Can i pause the Keywords? or
Can I move a keyword from one Ad group to another without using "delete" Key?

You can pause campaigns and ad groups, but no specific keywords on their own.

You can copy a keyword into another ad group, which can lead to the keyword being shown for both groups. Only one ad will show when the keyword is searched for. Then you can delete the keyword from the group which is performing least well.

You can't pause keywords, but you can delete them. If you later decide to reinstate it, then you just add the keyword as usual, and Google will remember the old stats for it.
