This is probably one of those questions that gets asked a bit.
Anyways, I have just started a brand new campaign, paused it, and have started setting up my AdGroups.
Despite nothing being live yet, some keywords are being put on hold. From reading I understant that google does some sort of calculation to determine a keywords status before it even goes live?
Anyways, will these on hold keywords go live once I unpause my campaign and start it for the first time? All the keywords are normal - None are trialed.
