Policy for Affliates?

Do you have examples of policies for affiliates?

I have a new corporate client (GreenWidgets.com) (they make green widgets) and they have several hundred affiliates. Some of the affiliates are using the corp name in their display URL. Other affiliates are outbidding the corp on the corp name.

We need to write rules for the affiliates.

If you have affiliates (or manage a client with affiliates), do you have an example of an affiliates policy? Or if you are an affiliate, could you send me a copy of your affiliate policy?

How do you they are outbidding the corp? Perhaps they're just creating better ads that generate a higher CTR than your client can manage.

It's not an issue of better ads, better CTR, or higher bids.

The company wants a policy that affiliates shall not be allowed to use the company's URL in their ads.

If any of you are affiliates and your parent company has a policy, let me know so I can look at it.
