This is my first time visiting and posting here.
I am very frustrated with this. I have been running ad since last summer and never had this problem. This morning I noticed that all of my ads suddenly stopped , not even 1 impression. I checked my email, also carefully went through my spam filter, I did not received any email from Adwords. So I called the customer support, I talked to some guy. All he told me was Adwords specialist is currently reviewing my account, he cannot access to account while it is under review, and he does not why. They never noticed me in anyway.
Has this happened to anyone?
I am very upset and frustrated about this. I am also very worried if they decide to ban me, even though I did nothing wrong. I never advertise any thing illegal. Every time I got ad disapproval, I make changes according to their suggestion or stop the ad. Never used dialer, don't even know what it is.
Thank you
Went through exactly the same thing a month ago. All of a sudden impressions stop.

I checked my email, also carefully went through my spam filter, I did not received any email from Adwords. So I called the customer support, I talked to some young lady. All she told me was she could not access the account so it must be under review. She said she did not know why, said I must have done something to trigger a review. I asked if she could verify that a review was indeed the reason the account stopped, she said "What's your email?" I tried giving one, but she kept getting it wrong. I asked if they could call me to let me know, she said "No". Finally I gave a simpler email. I never got a response to it. Any question I tried to ask about how long, she replied with "You'll just have to be patient". I asked if they would let me know when they would have me back on-line again. She said "No".
Has this happened to anyone? Yes, the only difference between my experience and yours are in BOLDI am very upset and frustrated about this. Every time I got ad disapproval, I make changes according to their suggestion or stop the ad. Never used dialer, don't even know what it is. Did someone mention dialers? I suppose I'm guilty of knowing what they are, but have never used one or have any idea how to implement one. Their is one *free* web host that was trying to install a dialer on their accounts. I doubt you're using that one, since they threw up a bunch of pop-ups too which AdWords would have never allowed to begin with.
Five days later, as suddenly as the impressions stopped, they started again. No ads had been suspended, no contact from Google whatsoever except a few days after I got a response to the support ticket I filled out when I saw the impressions stopped. I filled out a support ticket the night before which was before I knew anything about reviews. The copy and paste email said to try re-entering my credit card info again and saving it. This was not the reason I was offline and that email reply came about 2 days after I was back up.
So I just lost several hundred dollars for doing nothing wrong, just a routine review, you may proceed now.
The way Google handles this left a very bad taste in my mouth. The lack of notification on either end is just plain rudeness. You may be in the same category that I am, a low spender, only about 2-3 thousand dollars a month. I'm now working on splitting that up among 5 different PPCs. In fact, I was working on ad copy for another PPC when I broke away to check this forum.
I worried like you. I was sick to my stomach. I didn't deserver it either. I do nothing wrong. I go out of my way to obey all rules.
Don't worry, take a few days off. You'll be back up as before. As has been said in dictatorships, if you've done nothing wrong and your papers are in order, you have nothing to fear.
Good Luck,

The thing that seems totally stupid to me is why they take the account offline to "review" it.
Surely they could go in and look around without disrupting someone's service?
Probably never occured to them. I worked for a company in 1999-2000 that was filled with Google types. Young super bright kids that were almost all from either from MIT or CalTech. In fact they got a plaque from MIT for being the biggest recuiter there in 1999. I always knew that I could give any of them something that would require some horribly complex thinking or technical wizardry to accomplish. The problem was that they would not see simple "common sense" solutions to basic issues. So it was always a good idea to pass things over to one of the non-super geeks first to identify what was going to need the complex solutions and what could be handled some other way.
Glad to see you back. You may have had less ads to review than I did, hence the shorter period.

Buck,
I've brought that up a number of times in a number of different ways. AWA said s/he would pass it on......
And Redwolf,
I've seen the "can't see the forest for the trees" syndrome many times. One time I solved a baffling problem for a bunch of Computer Science PHD types by noticing that the unit was unplugged ;)
