Adwords impressions ceased, no emails, no response!

Recently set up a new Adwords campaign (am client manager for advertiser selling relatively low-search health products)
All went swimmingly for first few days, good ctr, good avg position.

Then, nada. Impressions dropped dramatically one day, then ceased altogether the next. This despite all keywords cited as 'normal' and all relevant campaigns and adgroups as 'active'

To compound the problem, neither myself nor the site owner has received a single email from Google on any subject, ever!

Nor have I received a response to pleas via the 'Contact us' form.

Can anyone advise a) what the issue might be and b) how to elicit assistance?

Just to follow up, the daily budgets were not being hit or exceeded.

Google will eventually respond. It's the only thing that will clrify the situation.

The problem has been issued in this forum, but there is nothing you can do.

Probably your KWs or ads or the entire account are flagged / under review.

Keep writing to them and please keep us posted. I'm very anxious to hear the answer. They are not aware how bad they can frighten people doing this!

In a previous life worked for a big organisation and had a dedicated Adwords account manager. Having to operate in limbo like this without human beings to contact is an eye-opener.

Aelita, if you have never received a single email from Google, that is odd indeed - and sounds very much like filtering (on your end) of AdWords emails as suspected spam.

I'd explore your email filtering, and the boxes to which suspected spam is sent. I think you may find our emails there.

Also the link that eWhisper provided is worth following. There are a few useful tips there.

Thanks, yes, looked into the junkmail filtering - it's not the issue my end, have asked site-owner to check.

Checked out eWhisper's link too, which was useful. I had followed correct procedures, as far as I can see.

The irony is that I'm far from a Google novice, but as I said before I've had the luxury of someone at the end of a phoneline. There is a temptation to ring up old contacts, but I'm trying to be patient..

One question, AdWordsAdvisor perhaps you can help answer! If a campaign was under complete review, surely it would say as much on log-in?
