Interesting is the amount of warez sold as "warez" that they do accept ( I see the ads all the time on grafix tutorials sites and similar ) ..Also the fake goods seems to be policed very lightly ..'less of course Vuitton are manufacturing in China since they last looked .;)

Adwords doesn't like things like drug names
You can have (legal) drug names in your keywords. I use several. If you're actually selling pharmaceuticals, that's another thing and they don't let just any site do that. But you can have drugs in your keywords for a site that doesn't sell drugs.

I tried to put an ad for Graphics Tablets onto adwords for a client, with the result that it was rejected because it advertised drugs!

Talking about banned KWs, there are some brand names or "unacceptable" KWs (two other different situations).
I would be glad to see a list with all these "forbidden KWs"
