What happens if my competitor clicks on my ads? Can he use up my daily budget?

If you're sure it's a competitor and can prove it, it's called "tortious interference with business relations"

Enjoy

Well, how do I know? Can I get IP addresses of people who clicked on my ads? Other than that, there is no way that I can prove it.

Can I get Google to block IP addresses?

Do I have any recourse?

Surely Google should not charge advertisers for ct's if made by other exsisting advertisers?

OK, for starters, are these AdWords driving people back to YOUR web site?

If that's the case, tracking abusive IPs is easy, if it's some ad for affiliate referrals you're screwed.

Is tracking an abusive IP just a matter of finding duplicate IPs in a log file? How does one distinguish between proxy server IPs and abusive IPs?
