Hi everyone,
Suppose I am in charge of sem for 3 companies that compete with each other (the business of adidas, nike and puma socks in the same city).

And for a matter of practicality I don't want to open a gmail account for each one (I manage each account/campaign separately, but within the same google ID).

Assuming that the chimera of optimizing a campaign 100% was possible and my 3 ads "deserve" to appear in the top 3 positions:

A) Will Google give the top 3 auction placements to same Ads ID?
B) If I make a ID account for each company, but the campaigns come from the same IP address, would it be the same problem like A) ?

You don't need to open an account for each one. The best way would be to create a MCC and add each one to the MCC. I have an MCC with lots of accounts and many of them don't have any users. I create them from inside my MCC. I have several accounts that I manage from my MCC and they compete for the exact same keywords in the exact same city. Where you get in trouble is if it was 3 companies owned by the same person. It is all about intent. You are probably fine. If they use different credit cards your probably good.
