Over the last month, I ran a Google Ads Campaign that I thought was doing very well. The Ad was bringing in 100-200 new subs every day. My YouTube Channel more than doubled. I was happy. However, the problem was that the watch hours did not go up at all, and actually declined. On further investigation, I realized that my Welcome video has not gone up that much over the last month, nowhere near the number of new subscribers. How is it possible for people to subscribe without actually visiting my channel to hit the subscribe button? How does something like this happen?
