Google Wont Spend My Money?!?

google wont run my campaigns or spend my money

I was running some youtube ads, been spending £3-£4k /day consistently for 6 months, sweet no problems

I made a change to the schedule other day, I noticed most leads were coming in at 2/3am and by time the team got back to them the next day they wouldn't reply

so I tried setting the ad schedule do 7am > 11:45

tried that, didn't work, so switched it back to normal

now my ads wont spend at all, it might spend £1-2.50 tops, but for the most part nothing happens

on the one campaign where something did happen, it got ad clicks but no one converted to a lead, where usually id get a 10-15% opt in conversion

any help is appreciated

Unless you're marketing a very niche product, that sounds as if most of your interest comes from Americans seeing your ads in the evening (assuming £ means you are based in the UK).

This seems like a geotargeting problem.
