How can I avoid google search and show up only in Maps

I would like to completely avoid being found on desktop due to high cost and solely want to spend all my budget on google maps top ad placement.

I've been using local extensions for years, I've tried google adwords express, location settings, and decreasing bids in zip codes out of my radius. Is it possible to spend 100% on google maps?

I see a local competitor who is appearing for all search queries locally in maps and avoiding google search but I think they are using local competitors' names to do this. Not sure.

You would need to run your ads directly through your Google Business Profile (GMB). Running the ads this way will link them to your GMB profile and location which will force the ads to only show on Maps searches (for the most part).

Hi, that still shows your add-in search and display. I'm still trying to find out how I can show my ad(location) on maps only.
