I need to 301 my Domain A(Now is using for Google AD) to another Domain B(ready to use for the same Google AD Series), Domain A and Domain B share the same content.
How should I do? DO I have to fix one by one.

If the URLs are the same except for the domain name then it is fairly simple to replace each old page with the new equivalent. Keep in mind that you will need to continue owning both domains in order to continue to send traffic from A to B. Since this is the GoogleAds discussion you can get better how-to help in the Apache [webmasterworld.com] forum if your domains are Apache hosted. There is a separate forum for WIN/IIS [webmasterworld.com] hosted help.

301 will do what you desire, but do keep in mind that g looks for duplicate content all the time and will deprecate one or the other (or both!).

Meant to add above: a 301 at the domain level to the other domain will essentially kill the original domain.

Thus the question, is there a reason to have both?

I can see that the original domain name might not be "exactly right" and the new domain (b) is the better choice.

That said, you will have to support BOTH domains in the future to get the desired result. (as not2easy noted above!)

Domain A and Domain B share the same content
Well, not really. If you’re redirecting from A to B, there’s no sharing involved, since the content can only be reached in one place. Just be sure to tell all Google properties that example.old is to be redirected to example.new so they know there is no hanky-panky going on.
