On the 22th of March my account just stopped. I don't have a single impression in all campaigns. Since then I e-mailed the Adwords team 3 times. No REPLY! STRANGE.Ususally they reply within a day or two.

I don't owe money or something. I haven't been noticed by adwords that they may revise my account.

Does any of you experienced similar thing?

My campaigns don't work for almost a week and I'm worried.

Hi, Did you maybe set an end date and that date has just expired? Does it have a message saying campaign expired? If so did, this can easily be altered by going into campaign settings and extending the campaign finish date. You can set it to finish up to year 2010 I think.

I had this happen once after I revised one ad - it turned out the editor paused the campaign to review the change and forgot to make it active again. So it was human error, nothing systematic. The appearance was just as you described: the account says it is active but no stats were accumulating and no ad showing.

However, I did get a response to my email in less than 24 hours, and a re-activation even before the response arrived. (And it arrived with an apology).
