I am new to adwords, so please help me out.
In one of my campaign I observed one of my adgroup received 1 click with 2 conversions. I wonder what could be the possible reasons for such kind of statistics as reported by google adwords.

Does anybody here know the possible reasons? Your feedback will be greatly appreciated.

My money would be on the fact that someone had already clicked before, and the cookie was being tracked. Then another person clicked and you got yourself two conversions. Nice.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld Colin123!

My first thought is that it's just a delay in stats, where one column is updated earlier than the other. I did ping a colleague to see if he had other thoughts, though, and he told me this:

"This could happen in cases in which users allow us to cookie them, but do not allow us to update the cookie once they are on a third party site. Instead of that user getting counted as 1 click, 1 conversion, 2 transactions, they will get counted as 1 click, 2 conversion, 2 transactions."

So in other words, it could be related to the security setting some people use in their browsers.
