Say a google searcher is using an adblock program but they are searching on search terms that usually would provide one of your adverts.
I am assuming Google would not count this search as an impression?

If the ad is blocked, it doesn't display for the user... so no, it is not counted no matter what search term was used.

Sometimes ads are hidden rather than blocked. It depends on the ad blocker, the site and the ad.
Ads in the search results are not blocked by the ad blockers that adhere to an "acceptable ad" policy (Google coughs up the extortion money).

Apparently uBlock Origin.blocks all ads in Google search results. Including adwords listings.

What good is a click from google if they show your ad to someone using adblock, then goes to your site, and all your ads and some affiliate links are gone?
Seems like google should have a checkbox to not display your ad if someone is using adblocking software. Otherwise for many it is a complete waste of money.
