How to setup a large campaign, automatically?

I'm looking to setup a large campaign with a website that has quite a few pages, with a similiar topic.

Are there any programs or methods around that help automatically setup large Adwords campaigns? I'm aware of the API but I'm not a programmer so I need some sort of program or script to do it for me.

Any ideas?

The API does provide a programmatic way of doing most of the functionality that you can do through the Adwords website and some more. So there is a lot of scope to use the API to automatically create a large campaign. That being said, your requirements are not too clear to say a definite yes or no.

I have an excel file that contains two columns. One column has a list my keywords and the next has the corresponding ads I want to display.. I can format this any way I wish, I'm looking for a way to automatically upload this campaign to Adwords...
