If you bid $1 on a keyword and the second high bid is 50 cents that you are only charge 51 cents per click if someone clicks on your ad? You are not really charged $1 unless the next high bid is 99 cents. Google only charges 1 cent over the next high bid? Did I read that somewhere? Have a link? Thanks
