I then pasted the appropriate code into my landing page. Changed the URL on my ads (at overture in this case) and then I waited..and waited...
Nothing shows up at the Cross Channel tab in the adwords admin system. No impression, no conversions...
Played some email pong with support which was as fruitless as email pong usually is. Why do companies think that just providing an email address = good customer support. The support person never actually answers the questions you ask, or takes any interest in solving the problem either.
Seems like the Cross Channel stuff was released a little bit too early. It doesn't work properly at all.
Anybody else got it to work?
