can't adsense block "scatter" ads

as a publisher I want qualtiy ads

I don't know what else to call them. The advertiser seems to have set the ads up with every possible word combination then sends you somewhere like ebay to find it.

The absurd one I found this morning said

Discount CSS Style Sheets
New and used style sheets. aff Check out huge selection now!

I was sure there weren't any css style sheets there but took a look and found things like 'several styles of music sheets'.

This can't be good for AdWords or AdSense. It just hurts the reputation of both. Just like the made for AdSense sites are hurting the publishers with quality content, junk ads are going to hurt legitimate advertisers.

These eBay ads are a serious nightmare...They really make a site look tacky.
