Changes to February Adwords Clicks

Got this from Adwords - Has anyone seen this?

Yes, I got the same thing. Noticed a few dollars difference from the 22nd, but nothing big (from $85 to $88).

Yeah, it wasn't too far off on the beginning of the month - under $7 for my friend's account.

I don't have stats to compare it to for the last half of the month, so I don't know what kind of change happened there.

I wish they'd have told me how much of a change it was. I know its a big thing to do on their part, but they did mess up and it is his money...

I don't really see any changes to my account. If there was an adjustment, it must have been insignificant. However, since adwords will be down tomorrow from 9 - 12 for maintainance, i'm wondering if any more adjustments will be made.
