Widely erratic and not universally implemented

Please do a search for the term "ipod" or "apple" on google. These are trademarked keywords that no one is able to use (except apple) according to google and I was denied an exception to use them even though I am selling apple products including the ipod. These people don't seem to be tricking adwords review staff with dynamic keyword insertion, but for some reason are privy to exceptions on trademark terms. In the past google has said they'll look into other advertisers' use of these trademarked keywords...six months later, they're still using them with dynamic keyword insertion. I insist that adwords not target certain advertisers and implement their policies widely and accurately so that the playing field is fair.

I ran into that when trying to guide visitors to my review of a certain popular PDA cellphone and now today I receive an e-mail stating that my use of a certain popular tax preparing software to send visitors to my site that reviews and compares the versions of that software is a trademark violation. What a joke.
