Think one of my guys might be ripping me off

I manage all the online marketing for my company and I have a gut feeling one of the guys under me has been promoting his own site in our adwords account.

Is there a way for me to go back and track all the url's we've directed traffic to. We bid on tens of thousands of keywords so it wouldn't be feasable to search through each one.

If you have any tips on how I can find out if my guys is doing this please tell me. Thanks.
