My entire budget (admittedly, low, £5 per day!) has been used up within 1 hour of this morning. Every click does not stay on the site for more than 1 second as far as my stats tell me, all are from mobile devices, all different, all different IP's from different parts of the UK. Is it possible that my adwords have been targetted by a competitor? It seems amazing that no one stays and looks at any of the products etc. Should I report this to google? I ALWAYS have click fraud refunds in my account and know that one of my competitors always clicks my ads but this is a new level.

Please advise as it's costing me money!

Ok, so looking further, this goes back as far as my stats do. Every day, all clicks are used by a different mobile device per click, no other pages viewed, no time spent on site at all.

It might be fraud, but it might also be that your site has problems on mobile.

Consider limiting your ads so they only show on desktop computers until you get this figured out.

I agree, don't assume it's fraud. Take a look at how they are finding your site and look for it yourself from a mobile. It's a relatively simple test, and, at worst, if it costs you a click, it may well be worth it.
Just try viewing the ad url in a smartphone or tablet and see how it looks.

I see so many sites that are very difficult to view on a mobile. They have, for example, popups which I can't see on a mobile, they have subscribe notices that look fine on a desktop, or the linking page doesn't work properly for whatever reason. The first thing I do is leave the site.

can you choose not to show your ads on mobile devices?

I shouldn't have. It's fully responsive so doubt it's that.

I will have a look at limiting mobile views. I'm not all that familiar with adwords so I will have a poke about and see what I can see.

Thanks for the replies.
