I've started a thread on this nearly every month for six months now but still nothing has been done and every time the only response I get from Adwords is "it must be a problem at my end". Well, I did three searches and snapshot the images on my desktop. Just prior to doing these searches I ran a virus-check, a spyware check, deleted all cookies, deleted all cached pages etc.

Mods please note that these images are held on a dead domain which has no other content, for the search for "care home":

<url removed>

Search one produced one single result but you will notice that under "additional keywords to consider" there is another match - "care home regulations" - which is obviously a match and should have been included in the main results.

<url removed>
Search two using the same term provided No Results.

<url removed>

Search three yeilded the same result (singular) as the first but with no broad matches or additional keywords.

Each of these searches were done one after the other and I could probably have gone on all day getting different results.

So, AWA, every time I've posted this you've said "the techs know of nothing wrong it must be at your end". Please could you advise me of anything you know of that could be causing me (on three different computers across three different ISPs from over twenty different IP addresses - all UK) to recieve different results all the time and sometimes no results.

Internetheaven, if you'd like to send an email from within the account in question, and be very specific as to the keywords for which you're seeing this, I'll be happy to run it past the tech team and see what I can learn.

Please use a subject line that mentions that this is at the request of AdWordsAdvisor, rather than AWA - as many of my team won't know me by that abbreviation.

Speaking of a UK problem, and AdWords.

Does anyone have a USA account, marketing in the UK, and receiving USA traffic?

ALL OF THEM! Every time I do a search for a keyword I have to run the search four or five times to make sure that I get all the keywords eventually. It doesn't matter what I type in, what time of day or what computer I use I will get different results on nearly every search performed.

As a point, yesterday was the worst I'd had in a long time. Searching for "care homes" brought up nothing. Searching for "care" brought up nothing and searching for "homes" brought up "bruce springsteen". Go figure .......

I even broke it down into a search query string (I won't post it here) with all the variables included incase something was wrong with the submission form but still the results are random from one search to the next.

I'm not the only one, you know that too.

I'm not the only one, you know that too.

I do get this problem as well, although I find that if I come back an hour or two later it works again.

Perhaps it's something to do with peak traffic times or something...?

How do you know it's working again? I can get (what looks like) complete results but if you run the seach again it comes up with more/less/different results. How do you know when you're actually getting the full monty?

Perhaps it's something to do with peak traffic times or something...?

That might show no results, less results etc. but not wrong results:

Still not working and getting worse. Now it takes around 10 refreshes to see some results.

How could my ISP affect it? Also, i've tried it with different ISPs, different computers and even direct requests from my server just to check .... they all come back the same.
