I've already emailed AdWords support, but in the last hour I've had a crazy amount of clicks. Obvious click fraud, more clicks in an hour than in a day. Hundreds.
All of them come from a url like this:
h**p://www.google.com/sponsoredlinks?hl=en&lr=&q=keyword
I've never seen that before in my referral logs, and considering my ads are only supposed to be showing in Germany for this particular phrase, why it's appearing on English Google is beyond me.
Anyone else experience this?
Told them the URL that the clicks are coming from, etc and they basically just said they'd have to investigate and I should pause my ads for the day. Oh well. Guess I just have to wait, unfortunately it means I'm going to loose a day of revenue too.
