Bulk Upload into Googe Adwords

Does anyone know how to bulk upload into Google Adwords from inside of the Google Adwords interface from an excel sheet? I understand that you can Bulk upload into your Goodle Adwords account by sending a spreadsheat to your Google representative, however I have tried this and it takes too long. The processing time take 72 hours on business days to upload plus time for editorial reviews. Does anyone have different way of bulk uploading to Google Adwords?

Use the new Adwords API, maybe? I'm pretty sure there's a Perl module that can read Excel spreadsheets, and Perl should work with the new API...

Well the API is not that straight forward to use. Here is the link to the API.

At the minimum you would need to build an application using Perl or PHP or Java or .Net( or any other language that supports SOAP protocol). Ideally you would also need to have a database to hold some of this data. So definitely a lot of programming required. But once you set it up, it should be much easier for you.

If you don't know how to do programming, you could hire someone to write a program that would take your file and then load it into Adwords.

To Clarify about the FTP of the API, does Google have a form of FTP to bulk upload the keywords as soon as they are generated?
