Need a Tracking Recommendation

I am getting involved with adwords for the first time. I am looking for a third party pixel or script that will allow me to track keyword performance from the time they enter the site from the ad all the way through and all the revenue earned from that specific click/keyword. I think it is important to note that there are potential revenue sources that are third parties. Is there a way to accomplish what I am looking to do?

On my site, I have a built in affiliate tracking program.

All I do is append my adwords links with an affiliate code, so that when someone comes in via adwords, they are also tracked by our built in affiliate program, too.

Depending on what CMS you are using, you might be able to do something like this, too.

Otherwise, you would have to look at some form of log analysis software, I guess (don't quote me on this).

I think Adwords' own conversion tracking is just fine. All the data in one place, no need for third parties and trying to link two data sets together which wouldn't be perfect.

If you are doing affiliate marketing, then you'll have to use a third party. I heard something called Prosper is good for that.

Like Planet, I have a client who is actually his own affiliate on Shareasale. Told him it seems he's wasting money but insists on doing it this way.
