Adwords campaign copied to another account, valid?

Advertise same site in 2 different accounts but not at same time

Scenario: my wife and I run same webiste. Until now, my adwords account was paying campaigns. I have not all campaigns stopped.
My wife has her own adwords account (credit card is an extension of mine), so campaign was copied to her account (remember I'm not running campaings at present).
Can she happily start advertising using that campaign (she must generate a new conversion page code).

I understand Google don't like same company bidding same keywords from different accounts.

But that's not the case. It's time she pays for the campaign and I'm not actually using adwords, stopped today, I'll be off for a while.

Plus, she has a coupon with some credit to spend in adwords (not big deal, but it's good time to use it I think)

Are we cool?

I wrote wrong: I mean I hane NO active campaigns at present. Just my wife is running adwords since mine is stopped.

they don't like it, but you're doing it anyhow, to use their coupons in a way they really don't like either.

But I don't plan to advertise anymore on my account. In fact I'm not doing it. So this far Google has 0 ads and 0 dollars from that site. What's the benefit? Why shouldn't my partner advertise.

The goal of "not doulbe serving" is avoid companies to take over the ads eliminating competence.

I'm talking about a change of business ownership kinda thing here.
