My AdWords ads are set to only display for US search results. I'm currently traveling outside of the US and I'd like to see how my ads look with the Sitelinks ad extension I've recently enabled. Is there any way for me to do this?

use the ad preview tool within adwords. in it, you can select the location you want to test.
the tool is also available ouside of adwords: www.google.com/adpreview
you might also try anonymizer, proxify, etc.

The ad preview tool doesn't let me test the destination URL of sitelinks unfortunately, even when I'm using the tool from within my account.
