Adwords account suspended, I can't figure out why

I've been using Adwords for about four years, and Google's always been happy to take my money.

Last year I started working on a new site, one that would replace the ecommerce section of my current main site. It was the same products, so I used the same pages, but with the new graphics for the new site.

Recognizing that this was duplicate content, I no-indexed, no-followed the entire new site, until I could figure out where I was going with it.

Last night I went to check on the day's activity, and saw that Google had suspended the account because of "Mirroring".

If a whole site is noindex, nofollow, can it be a mirror?

I don't get what's going on at all, and Google is as usual not being specific enough for me to address the problem.

Question: did you just replace the domain/URL in your ads or did your re-create the campaigns and groups with the new domain/URL? If the former, you cannot promote more than one domain in the same group.

I never ran ads for the new domain. It's been there with noindex, nofollow tags for months as I worked on it.

The ads I've been running have been for my 7 year-old domain, one that I've been running ads for since 2007.

I explained all of this in an email to Google, and they've re-reviewed the site and un-suspended my account.

They're so magnanimous when they're wrong. ;)
