Just started this whole Adwords thing today. I was searching the Adwords CP, but didn't see anything that allowed me to exempt my own URL from showing my campaigns. Or am I blind?

Help.

I think you'll find the easiest way to do it is in your Adsense account. Just block the url of your site to stop your own ads being shown.

I think Davec is still in the Adsense forum?

Read about the "negative keyword match" option when in the adgroup.. If you want to show for everything widget, but not widget.com, your kw list would contain a negative match, or "-widget.com". Be sure to read about the other options including broad, phrase, and exact so you can learn how to effectively setup your kw lists.

Thanks ImportExport. That looks like the answer to my problem.
