I'm new to the whole Adwords and PPC game. Anyways I receieved the email from Google about the change on Thursday. Since the email did not indicate a change in date I went ahead and changed my Affiliate status on my Ads and have not had a problem with the ads being rejected nor has Adwords Support sent me another email. My CTR is the same but the Impressions and Clicks have dropped dramatically since I changed my Ads. I'm not sure what Google is up to but something does not seem right. I think Google had an idea and are trying to figure out if its going to work or not. It makes sense what Google is trying to accomplish but the changes will extremely hurt affiliates such as myself (just starting) and deter other from starting.

I think if you change your ads, they must be reviewed again before they send them out to the network. You might be missing out on the impressions and clicks from people on AOL and others.

ganderla is correct, anytime you make any change to
your ad it will have to be manually reviewed again
before it shows on the search or content network. It
will show on Google but will need to be approved
before it shows in the rest of their network.

Google has alot of approving to do in the next month. They better hire some new employees.

I'm sure they're too greedy to do that. They'll just push the existing staff harder and the result will make Overture seem like mercury.
