My apologies in advance if this is really dumb but I haven't found anything here speaking to this matter and I do not use adwords myself. I have a client who insists he perceives a relationship between his level of PR and how much he has to pay for Google Adwords. This seems silly to me but it's been years since I've personally used adwords so my intuitions about this may be off-base. Is he right?
