Can't seem to tie up Adwords clicks and analytics results. They don't seem to agree.

well, at the time I looked then, adwords said there had been 60 clicks in the time period, analytics said none.

Are you positive that your Analytics and AdWords accounts are properly linked?
Also, for what it's worth - I have ONE ecommerce client whose Analytics and AdWords don't seem to sync up for at least 48 hours. I've reported this numerous times but nobody seems to know why it's happening.
Also, make sure your time zones line up too.

netmeg, no I am not at all sure our analytics is linked to our adwords. I just found the new adwords beta bit in it and started playing with it.

Ok, go into your Analytics. On the screen where it lists your profiles, over to the right there are two links - Edit and Delete. Click on Edit. That takes you to another screen with settings - in the first block (Main Website Profile Information) There's a line that says Applied Cost Data: If you're properly hooked up with your AdWords, it will say "Cost source from AdWords for user 123-456-7890" where the number will be your AdWords Client ID #.

Hi netmeg, thanks for that, I checked it out and analytics is linked to my correct adwords account.

Interesting, adwords and analytics seem to match up for the day before yesterday, and one before that, but not for yesterday. Perhaps analytics takes some time to gather the data or something.

I have a big problem with GA showing the correct numbers on all our sites. We use 3 trackers and all of them are different. GA is the lowest always.
