I recently noticed that our Adwords campaigns received abnormal clicks. There are thousands invalid clicks detected by Google from what i see in Google report. But apparently, Google still counts hundreds of them because clicks and costs rise 2-3 folds although my industry is now in a low season. Clicks from content network used to be the major traffic source. Now clicks from search increase so much and drain my daily budget very very quickly.
The invalid clicks comes from a country where we don't have many potential customers. But disabling my ads from showing in that country is not my first option.
I have already contacted Google about this and waiting for their investigation and still appreciate any input from those who have been in the same situation before.
