If someone has a product/web site and he wants to play on to many keywords, which i believe most people want to do, how do he optimize his web site for all these keywords.

If you don't have have the ad-keywords in your web site then your quality score will be lower and consequently cpc will be higher.

Now it is not possible for the advertisers to stuff too many keywords on the landing page neither they can make a lot of landing pages for selling the same thing.

What should be done in this case. Does anybody has any idea ?

Just focus on creating tightly themed ad groups with compelling ads that are highly relevant to your keywords in those ad groups. CTR is the main driver of Quality Score whereas Google's determination of your landing page quality is a relatively minor component of QS. If you're getting good CTRs then chances are it's going to translate into high Quality Scores.

Note that I'm not suggesting to ignore your Landing Pages since that's obviously hugely important from a customer perspective. I just wouldn't worry about ensuring every keyword is on a potential landing page or stuff like that. If Google really has a problem with a landing page then you'll see a message pop up in AdWords that says you have a poor LP relevance for a particular keyword. Chances are that if your LP provides a good experience for consumers then Google's not going to dock your QS for that page so you don't have to worry about artificially trying to make the page seem more relevant.
