Can someone at Adwords check this please.

I'm getting disapprovals under the trademark for using 'we' in ads.

Thanks

I've not heard of that before Elric99 - but then I am not closely involved with Tradmark related stuff. Not sure why it has occured.

In any case, though, my best advice would be to submit an exception request, per the info on this page:

Can I request an exception to a policy? [adwords.google.com...]

Yea, strange.

All I can think of is that it might have been a request of the trademark owners of the sort of well known game with a phonetically similar name - since maybe folks use 'we' as a workaround. ;)

Just a wild guess. But an exception request should take care of it.

Does it actually say "we" is the problem?

Thanks AWA. Will submit the exception request. The problem might have been removed now.

are you sure it's not a phrase at issue here?

example:
www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/public/heart/obesity/wecan/tools-resources/logo-guidelines.htm
(trademarked "We Can!")

Hi RhinoFish.

No, it was definitely 'We'. The ads are getting through now so someone must have spotted it.
