This is more of an annoyance than a help to fix it: There's something very wrong when trying to add an account to MCC.
At the point where it says "Sign in to AdWords with the existing email address and password that you use to access other Google services.", I enter the details, and it bounces back to an Italian language log in page. Re-entering the log in, at that point, it just goes round in circles from English to Italian.
How very weird.
I tried using another browser, clearing cookies, but still no luck.
Anyone else had this problem?
