Fastest way to copy display ads to multiple ad groups?

So, I've created a set of display ads in one ad group of one campaign using the Googe ad builder tool.

Now, how do I get these ads copied to other ad groups? I could copy them from the dashboard ad group by ad group, but this isn't practical if I want to use the ads in lets say 200 or 500 ad groups.

Google AdWords Editor doesn't even show them. Copy and paste within the Editor would be much faster.

it sounds as if you havn't uploaded the ads to the account, once they're online (even if they havn't passed editorial review) they will be available in AdWords Editor.

I created the display ads online, not with AW Editor. They are online in one ad group and even approved. I used the ad builder tool which creates flash-ads.

When I try to download the AW account with AW Editor they don't show up.
