Ads disapproved - how to get reconsidered?

I'm setting up a bunch of new ads on a paused account. I set up the ad groups including the ad - but did so prior to creating the destination pages. So I have a bunch of ads that were disapproved due to invalid destination URL.

Once I have the destination URL's live, is there any way to get the ads re-approved, without deleting them or editing them?

You have to edit them. Use AdWords editor, pick ad view on account level, and figure if there is anything they all share in common.
For example, www. in display URL.
Select all ads, and use replace feature (right click) to replace www.example.com to example.com (select the change to be applied to display URL only).
Upload changes, and then go back to editor and reverse them back (replace example.com with www.example.com).

My display URL suggestion may not be suitable 100%, but you'll figure if there is anything like that since you've built the ads.

As a side note - be careful with the violations, including submission of ads with destination URL that is yet to be built.
Multiple violations may lead to a final warning and account suspension.
