One of my friend is working on PPC for a Logo Design company that offers amazingly cool logos. I saw the logos and was confident about logo. I see that a lot of people are clicking on the Adwords ad and then visiting the portfolio page and browsing 10 to 200 logos but not buying it.

Is there a tool that can help us with Buy Keywords Vs Research Keywords for this industry?

What other things one should do to get better conversion ratio?

You advice will help us add more dimensions to this concern.

Thanks,
Aji Issac
[Sorry for specifying the industry, I wanted to be more specific else I would have use a dummy industry]

This does sound like it could be a landing page problem. If someone is that engaged in the site - is it easy to place an order online, is there a call to action on each page, etc?

My favorite tool for determining research vs buy keywords is the Microsoft adCenter Labs tool: Detecting online commercial intent.

It does not give huge lists at once - its word by word - but its a good place to start.

You can use the adcenter desktop tool to see demographics by keyword if you have an ideal customer profile in place; but unfortunately it doesn't show commercial intent yet.

Let me explore the adcenter tool once again and see if that helps.

We have proper call to actions and we variations of the pages.
