3/10 and 4/10 quality issue

Hi,

I have an a ad with the word let's say "blue and widget " that gets 4/10 as far as quality score a similar add with " blue widget " in the title has 3/10 ? why just because of a word like "in" or "and" ? my ad quality would increase or decrease ?

part of quality scoring is ctr, and it does vary with even small ad text changes.

throughout the day, results vary too - i'd completely ignore 1 point intraday waffles in qs.

I would not worry about it either. You might want to switch up some wording a bit on your ads and run some A/B tests.
