Newbie question about why ads aren't showing

Hi, I'm new to adwords and apologize if I'm asking a really stupid question...

We have almost no competition for our keywords. I'm trying to figure out why when we search on google, we don't see our ads. In fact, often we don't see any ads or just 1 or 2 ads.

We have a decent quality score of 7 and I think a decent CTR (5-7%). Our average position is 1-2.

We have *plenty* of budget to accommodate more clicks.

We have impressions, so I know that google is showing the ads, but how come we can't ever seem to see them?

use the ad preview tool (don't just visit google.com), they use cookies to alter / personalize the search results - since you don't click on your own ads, they'll stop showing.

use the ads diagnostic tool within your account as well.

Try switching the ad delivery to "Accelerate".
