My Adword Account is Banned,URL is also banned on Adword?

If i make a new adword account after get banned, with a New system and a Ip address and Credit card, Should i also Purchased a URL, Or my Url is not in the history of adwords, or their is no need to change my Url?

Not necessarily, But you really should get a new domain, hosting, and landing page.

Do not connect yourself in any way whatsoever to the old account. That includes ads, and how your adgroups and keywords initially were set up.

Domain could not be banned in ADWORD... But your Adword a/c get banned.... A/c get banned by worng activity by any provider who run adword campaign on Website behalf...
