Hot AdWords Tip on Title Character Count and Keyword Insertion

Ad titles exceeding 25 max limits

I am experiencing a problem with Google Ad titles / competitor is using 31 chatacters in their ad title and it happens to be our company name! We have launched complaints about the trademark issue but question still remains as to how they can achieve a 31 character title.....

I have modified my match type to exact match and tried to use keyword insertion but still cannot input an ad title longer than 25 characters....what gives?

This is a huge issue for us as it is a blatant trademark infringement as well as an anomaly about how Google is allowing this extremely long ad title..

Anyone else have similar issues or a valid response / resolution from Google Adwords support?

This was the title of the original post back in April 09 and i simply used the same title.
