Valid credit card gets repeatedly declined. Pls help

Hi,

Google Adwords is really getting frustrating. We had few clients under MCC who had been running their campigns for the past few months. Suddenly their ads have stopped showing. In the billing details of all such account, the Adwords system shows a retry button.

In the past few days we had tried with multiple valid cards to get the ads started but shockingly Google is declining all the cards. When I emailed them they had the following same answer for all my emails :

Furthermore, what is more shocking is that among all these accounts, we had one account that used Bank Transfer. The credit still shows a good balance and the Adwords system still shows the green valid mark. Still the ads have stopped showing. Moreover when i click on the contact support in this account panel , the Adwords system gives the following message

"Your ads aren't running because you haven't entered your payment details. Please click here to resolve the issue."

This is crazy. Their system shows the the bank transfer is valid...and on the other hand they say the we have'nt entered the payment details.

Plus contacting Google support is a nightmare. 18662466453 generates and auto reply that they cannot help me and "advises" to go to their online help. The email gives me the above useless reply wherein according to them my account is under a review without any reason whatsoever.

It will be of great help if anybody can help me out on this.
