If you go to reports > custom reports > detail level - you can get a report of keywords by status. You can do this on a campaign or adgroup (or several adgroups) basis. So that'll show you the in trial and on hold keywords in your campaigns.
I ran into the same problem about a week back when I wanted to check a 10,000 keyword campaign for 'on hold' and 'on trial' keywords and this is how I did it.
Coming back to this - you can also sort keywords by status when you're in an adgroup by clicking on the 'status' header.
Hiding Disabled Keywords - Would it be possible to implement this as a feature?
Another thing to consider, sem4u:
Since disabled keywords are not showing your ads, there is really no reason that I can think of to keep them in your account. In fact, since they are still being budgeted for, they are actually working against you. Thus, I suggest deleting 'disabled' keywords immediately, any time you see one.
Then, to not see the 'deleted' keywords in your list, uncheck the box next to "Include deleted items that were active in this date range" at the Ad Group level. Presto! They are gone.
And of course, if you do want to see them later, for reference, just check the box.

In fact, since they are still being budgeted for
This is an interesting point. If I look at 'suggested' budget, and have on trial, on hold, and disabled keywords - is the suggested budget taking these keywords into account as being active?
Also, if one sets a daily budget limit of $100, and the suggested limit is $300 - we already know that the ads will only be shown 1/3rd of the time.
However, as G tries to hit your daily budget each day, is there a greater chance that you won't hit your budget as you're losing impressions due to having disabled/on hold keywords that aren't actually being shown?
It looks to me like you can also get an idea of what Normal ads may end being trialed, held, slowed, or disabled if they are near the top in this sort, but I don't know for certain.
