Adwords Campaign Management

I manage a couple of Adword campaigns for two small companies. I stumbled on a site called <snip> which supposedly helps you increase conversions for less money. It seems pretty straight forward. You compare stats for ads over time and get rid of the losing ad. Does anyone here have any experience using the site? Has it made a difference for you?

The link has been <snipped> but it doesn't matter. There are many such sites that let you enter an ad's data and tells you which is most effective. It's just a simple calculation really.
